Whats the point in entering the creative corner competition when nothing seems to be working on site ? There are groups that have no content , no way to join and no way to create new groups ..Come on NVL you are better than that please fix these glitches so that we can be a truly great community. As it currently stands we have to resort to private mails or speaking in the forums .

I have been wondering about the Groups too. I joined one - or was it two? - I actually forget because nothing happened, in fact there didn't seem to be any group once I had made the effort to join.

i agree a lot of groups have no way to join and no content in them why do people create groups then not manage them

Hi, I would love to see more competitions in the newsletter, in particular a chance to win more points to get us closer to that magical £50 figure. It would be good to offer paypal as a redemption option instead of sending us a cheque, as cheques are soon to be a thing of the past I understand? I would really like to see the chance to be creative too....with incentives.

i notice on "household income" i can only put refused if i do not declare an amount. with 6 adults working various hours, changing jobs and not telling me what they earn(and i would not ask them), it would be helpful if you would include"do not know" as a possible answer.

You should drop the limit from £50 to maybe £30 as some people like myself can take months before even getting anything from it, still not received my first cheque yet and only on 30 odd points still.

I would like to see a list of the company's you create surveys for. What do they manufacture? What sort of information are they looking for. What use is the information to them? Would make the surveys more interesting.

Contrary to many of the comments on here I received surveys on a regualr basis from New Vista and have been rewarded appropriate rewards. I would encourage everyone to complete the details page so that you can be targetted with specific surveys you can then complete. Although, I have been waiting since 11th May in order to receive my payment of £50 and have completed additional surveys..

I would like 'survey now closed' AND 'we have enough respondents for this survey' shown as soon as one opens a survey. It is extremely annoying to proceed into the survey for several pages and then be told it's closed OR they have enough respondents.

Looks like you have unhappy Peeps on here?? Need to revamp the site to make life easier... You may lose some of your potential customers?

I have enjoyed taking the surveys and am nearly at my fifty pound target, but with so many customers I think it is obvious that problems will occur.

In favour of Nvl I installed the broadband speed tester & well within the two weeks I had been paid the £5 but there is no evidence that I have had any more surveys,& it was stated that I would, hope I get extra soon as I am near my £50 pay out. Also the cheque usually arrives very quickly after ordering I have been one of the lucky ones. Don`t let me down this time!

I agree about paypal instead of cheque. I have to travel about 10 miles to a branch to pay mine in. Also find it maddening have been on £48.50 since beginning of July and nothing since.

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Please note that when you are invited to take part in a survey, the survey link will be sent directly to your email address.

To enhance your chances of receiving surveys we recommend that you complete all of the profiler questionnaires and keep this information up to date. The profiler questionnaires can be found once you have logged into your account.

Kind regards,
Newvistalive team

I have been a member for about four and a half years and have just reached my 'payout' level (I think, for the fifth time) . . . I am so pleased the cheque is posted without needing to request it, as I lose track of things and it is a really nice surprise to suddenly get a sum of money! . . . I also struggle with remembering passwords, so I have only visited the site for the last year or so, and updated my profile in June 2011 . . . I can highly recommend you keep your details up to date, as you will find more surveys will arrive properly targetted at your own household (so quotas not as likely to be filled), and always keep checking emails as the quicker you answer the more likely you can express your opinion before everyone like you who has been invited to the same survey has done so

I prefer being paid in the form of a cheque for the following reasons:

1) No fees in cashing the money.
2) Stops fraud (which hurts us all), by people from other countries using the site.
3) Not everyone wants to rely on PayPal or likes there service

I think the paypal payment method would be a very good idea for Newvista to look at, as it is a more secure way of getting payed with little or no chance of your cheque getting lost in the post.

it does take a while to get to the magic £50 but when it comes it must feel rewarding. i have another £16 to earn before i get my first payment. i would really love to be able to use paypal as i have no bank account.we use my partners account but if i get a cheque i dont know if i will be able to pay it into her account? i did think that when i get closer to the magic £50 mark i could change my details by changing my name to her name.would this work? the cheque would then be in her name and could be paid in without any problems. the only other thing i can think of is to take it to one of those cheque cashing places like cheque king but i would lose a certain amount of my hard earned cash doing it this way. anybody got any ideas??? could i open an account easily somewhere??? all bills are in my partners name as she has the bank account and i dont have much in the way of I.D? what shall i do???
