Dear members,

We have read with great interest the feedback that you provided on the issue of quality control. Based upon this feedback and seeing as it is the season of goodwill, we have decided to offer full amnesty to all members who have failed quality control on or before 31st December 2009. In other words, all members start with a clean slate on 1st January 2010.

Quality control questions will remain functional and, based on your feedback, are being revisited and amended; you should see the resulting changes by mid January 2010. Furthermore, quality control strikes will now be issued on a calendar year basis; you will be unsubscribed if you fail quality control on 3 surveys in a calendar year i.e. from 1st January to 31st December. The following January, we roll back and start again.

For transparency, should you fail quality control on a survey, an email will be sent to you within a week indicating exactly that; this would be in addition to the final screen you would already have seen on the survey outlining the nature of the indiscretion.

We believe these decisions address the issues you have raised in a comprehensive and favourable manner. You have spoken; we have listened and acted accordingly.

We at newvistalive value your membership tremendously and will continue to honour all payments to members each time they reach the 50 point threshold. We hope you find these changes beneficial and, like us, now consider this matter closed.

Looking forward to your continued assistance in completing future surveys.

Thank you,
newvistalive team
